Ray Cahill

Cahill was a minor league catcher whose playing days ended during WWI when he was gassed while serving in France, and he suffered from chronic asthma thereafter. He scouted for the Browns from 1924 to 1941 and discovered Browns regulars Harlond Clift, Bob Muncrief, and Jack Kramer.
