Phil Ortega

Ortega finally stuck in the majors in 1964, going 7-9 with a 4.00 ERA for the Dodgers, and was included in the big Frank HowardClaude Osteen deal that winter. His best season with the Senators was 1967, 10-10 with a 3.03 ERA. On May 29, 1966 he struck out seven consecutive Red Sox batters.
