Jim Delahanty, a versatile player, was one of five brothers who played major league ball, including Big Ed, a Hall of Famer. Jim had the next-best career, finishing in the Federal League and going to their outlaw minor, the New England Colonial League, in 1915 to lead the league in batting while managing Hartford to the championship.
