Luis Aguayo

A utility infielder and pinch-hit specialist for the Phillies, Aguayo made his major-league debut in 1980, but did not have 100 plate appearances in a season until 1985. In 1987 he hit 12 home runs in only 209 at-bats, and his final home run eliminated the Mets from the pennant race in the last week of the season. Aguayo retired in 1989 after short stints with the New York Yankees and Cleveland Indians
