The 6’5″ forkballer, used mostly in long relief, went from New York to Texas in the 1978 nine-player deal that made Dave Righetti a Yankee. After the end of his major league career, Rajsich played briefly in Japan. His younger brother Gary was a Met outfielder in 1982-83.
