Glenn Braggs

A swift, muscular outfielder, Braggs capped a stellar minor league career by hitting .360 in the Pacific Coast League in 1986 to win Baseball America’s Triple-A Player of the Year honors. He won Milwaukee’s right field job in 1987 and was leading the Brewers with 42 RBI in July 1988 when a shoulder nerve problem ended his season. In 1989 he maintained the same level of play while adding high-percentage base stealing to his repertoire.
