Harold Johnson

The editor of Who’s Who in Major League Baseball in 1933, Johnson had begun his career with the Columbus (Ohio) Citizen in 1906. For the next ten years, he covered the Cubs and White Sox for the Chicago Record-Herald. After a year as sports editor for NEA in Cleveland, he returned to Chicago with the Evening American from 1919 to 1932.
