Winston Llenas

Llenas interrupted his career as one of the Mexican League‘s greatest third basemen to spend five seasons with the Angels, primarily as a pinch hitter. In 1973, he led the AL in pinch hit at-bats (56) and hits (16), with a .269 batting average overall. A top slugger in the Mexican League before his ML stint, he returned there in 1977 for seven more seasons, including three .300 years.
