Al Wickland

Wickland saw the most action with the 1914 Chicago Whales of the Federal League, when he hit .262 and had career highs of 157 games, 81 walks (which led the league), 68 RBI, 74 runs, 6 HR, and 31 doubles. In 1915 he was sold to the Pittsburgh Rebels during the season while reaching career highs in batting (.291) and stolen bases (26).

Wickland was earning $230 a month as a Reds rookie when he jumped to the Whales.
