Little was the Expos’ starting shortstop in the first part of 1983 but was otherwise a utility man. He led the NL with 24 bunt hits in 1983 and was voted the major leagues’ best bunter in two separate polls. His father and two brothers, Tom and Grady, all played minor league ball.
