Randy Kramer

Kramer struggled with his control when moved into the Pirates’ rotation in 1989. After finishing the year with a 5-9 record, he never won another major-league game, working mostly as a reliever during the next two seasons while meandering from the Pirates to the Cubs to the Mariners. His 7.71 ERA with Seattle in 1992 was too high to earn him another season in the big leagues.
