What year was the first game of baseball?

September 8, 2022September 26, 2022Baseball, Baseball History

The first game of baseball was in 1839.

Baseball legend credits Abner Doubleday with creating the game of baseball on one summer afternoon in 1839 in Cooperstown, on the shore of the Otsego Lake in upstate New York. This claim would later be refuted.
