When and where did Babe Ruth hit his first major-league home run?

Babe Ruth‘s first major league home run came on May 6, 1915, as a member of the Boston Red Sox. While pitching against the New York Yankees at the Polo Grounds, Ruth took Yankees pitcher Jack Warhop deep in the top of the third, and added two more hits later that day.
