Dick Davis

Davis had his best season in part-time duty with the Brewers in 1979, when he had career highs in HR (12), runs (51), and RBI (41) while hitting .266. A terrible defensive liability, he was usually a DH until traded to the Phillies in 1981 for Randy Lerch. After his ML career, he became a star for Japan’s Kintetsu Buffalos. He is a cousin of Enos Cabell.
