Clint Rogge

In his first college game, Rogge struck out four batters in one inning, as his catcher couldn’t hold his sharp curve and live fastball. All but six of his ML games were pitched in the 1915 Federal League. His 17-12, 2.55 record helped the Pittsburgh Rebels move from next-to-last in 1914 to third in 1915, just a half-game out of first.
