Rhoads had five consecutive winning seasons for Cleveland (1904-08) including a 22-10 (1.80) campaign in 1906. On September 18, 1908, he no-hit the White Sox. Yet, he said, his fondest pitching memory was of surrendering 23 hits in a game against the Browns that Cleveland won 6-5 on just six hits.
