A solid complement to Clem Labine in the Dodger bullpen, Roebuck missed all of 1959 with a shoulder injury, but returned to win eight and save eight in 1960, and he won ten with nine saves in 1962. On September 4, 1957, he struck out twice in the eighth inning.
