Jim Morrison

A solid performer, especially on offense, Morrison had a career season with the 1986 Pirates (.274, 23 HR, 88 RBI). He set a major league record that year for fewest chances accepted by a third baseman (150 games) in a season. With the 1980 White Sox, he led American League second basemen in assists and errors. However, his versatility and offense made him a valued performer; he played every position except catcher in his career.
