Joe Johnson

Johnson won 13 games as a starting pitcher in 1986 while spending time with the Braves and Blue Jays. He failed to make the Blue Jays out of spring training in 1987, but he joined them later in the season and posted a 3-5 record and 5.13 ERA. Selected by the Angels in the December 1987 major league draft, he spent the 1988 season with California’s Triple-A team at Edmonton.
