Rich Morales

Morales was an embarrassment at the plate; his glove kept in the majors. In 1972 the White Sox utility man was the only AL infielder to play at least 10 games at three positions, but he batted .206, and just .161 the next year. He managed in the Cubs’ and A’s farm systems, scouted for the White Sox, and served as the Braves bullpen coach.
